Returns & Exchanges

I try my best to represent each pair online so you have an idea of what to expect, but if your pair doesn’t meet your expectations I accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase if the item is still in brand new condition.

After 30 days, I will operate on a case by case basis.

Custom pieces are not returnable.

I will email you a return slip to the email you provided with your order. Once I receive the item, an exchange can be provided with credit or an item of equal value - we’ll work it out.

If the item isn’t in brand new condition, consider gifting them to a friend! Or make some art with them! 

But don’t put them on your cat… they don’t like that. Just… trust me on that one.

Repairs

All emails with be returned within 2-3 business days

When all is said and done, if you are unhappy for any reason with one of your purchases … contact me. I will do my best to maintain the professional integrity of my shop and bring you the joy you deserve.
